| The sheer size of British Columbia and the diversity of its fly fishing
opportunities requires a comprehensive catalogue of information sources
on the fly fishing tackle, flies and advice on the 'what, when, where, why
and how', to ensure improved success while on the water. |

 Building on the BC Fish and Wildlife Regional Boundaries which make
up the freshwater fisheries Management Units (MUs), the map of British Columbia
has hotlinks taking you to pages listing fly shops located in each region.
At the time of posting this online resource, the fly shops listed for
each region does not include all shops currently offering products, services
and advice to resident and non-resident fishers... our long term goal is
to have all shops within each region listed and include links to the shop's
web site where available.
To start the ball rolling, key fly shops in the Lower Mainland (MU2)
have been listed.
